From front to rear:
Louie Benitez Jr — BS in Systems Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics.
I wanted to work on this project because I think it can change various helmet sport industries. Not only could a Smart Helmet be implemented in Horse Racing but it could also be used in Motocross or any X-Games Sport.
Patrick Llull — Optical Sciences and Engineering major
His interest in EquiSight and the smart helmet project sparked with the idea of a live helmet-embedded video feed; a solution that could greatly enhance sports entertainment once implemented.
Cedric Bosch — BS in Systems Engineering with Minor in Mechanical Engineering
I’m looking forward to the technological challenges of this project, and seeing the finished product in action.
W.A. Garrett Weaver — BS in Computer Engineering with minors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Media Arts.
I was attracted to this project because of the unique technical challenge it presented and because my mom is a big horse racing fan.
Stephen — bio to come.
Trevor West — Pursuing a BS in Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics.
I joined this project because it is a cool product and will also give me a chance to work with a lot of hardware and not just software.
